Bobotie Cooking TourA spiced sweet & sour minced meat and egg casserole. This is the national dish of South Africa and definitely one of its favourites. This class also includes a short guided tour of Bo-Kaap. Class takes place on Sunday 5 September from 11am-1pm.

Samoosa & Dhaltjie Cooking TourThese staple snacks are synonymous with Bo-Kaap. You will be taught the intricasies of folding & making Samoosas and Dhaltjies(Chili Bites). Included is a short guided tour around Bo-Kaap. Class takes place on Sunday 12 September from 10:30am-12:15pm.

Koesister Cooking TourThis spiced sweet deep fried dumpling with a cake-like texture, dipped in sugar syrup, finished off with a sprinkle of coconut is a traditional Cape Malay favourite. A short guided tour of Bo-Kaap will also be included. Class takes place on Sunday 26 September from 10am-12pm.
